Admit From Home Program

People living at home and dealing with an
injury, illness, or chronic medical condition
may experience difficulty with every day tasks.
Allied Rehab Hospital has designed a short-stay
program exclusively for people living at home,
but finding it harder to manage their day to day
routine. This program focuses improving a
person’s ability to
get around and perform normal activities. After
completion of the rehab program, patients can
typically return home safer, stronger and more
independent.

To ensure that our patients
receive the highest quality of healthcare
services possible, Allied Services participates
in a national accreditation process with the
Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care
Organizations. Joint Commission on Accreditation
of Health Care Organizations is a not for
profit, independent organization governed by a
board that includes physicians, nurses and
consumers and establishes standards for
monitoring the quality of healthcare
organizations. If you have any concerns about
patient care and safety in the hospital that the
hospital has not addressed, you are encouraged
to contact the hospital's management. If the
concerns cannot be resolved through the
hospital, you are encouraged to contact the
Joint Commission. You may contact the Joint
Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to
report any concerns or register complaints by
