Allied Service’s Home Health integrates more than 25 years of nursing expertise and rehabilitation medicine with services which are tailored to help you restore optimum health and physical function.
All home health services require a referral from your doctor.
Upon receipt of a referral from your physician, one of our nurses will make an initial home visit to evaluate patient needs, determine eligibility for service and assess the ability of home care to meet those needs. Our staff is on call around the clock, seven days a week.
